Some people prepare their Eru and it always comes out dark and some greenish. Many people don'ts know what is happening inside that delicious pot of soup. today I will show you how to prepare it and have a greenish look. Point four is the secret.
Ingredients
- Eru.
- water leaf.
- Meat, Canda ,fish.
- oil, Maggi, salt, crayfish.
When you have all the above ingredients listed above in your own quantity, follow the method below to get the greenish look.
METHOD
- wash and steam meat
- Add Canda and fish
- Add water leaf
- Add Eru and put red oil immediately
- Add Maggi, crayfish pepper and salt.
1. Wash and steam meat; slice, wash and steam your meat on a gas cooker or local fireside.
3. Add water leaf; add water when the water of the in the pot is remaining just small.
4 . Add Eru and put red oil immediately; this is where you can play and get the greenish Eru look. 5mins later add Eru, immediately put red oil.
5. Add Maggi, crayfish pepper and salt; add crayfish, Maggi pepper and salt to taste, stir for 5mins and your delicious greenish Eru is ready.
