Solution:
Equation one:

3tigers = 15,
Implies Tiger=15÷3
Implies tiger = 5.

Equation two
Tiger + 2cats = 9
Implies 5+ 2cats = 9.
Implies 2cats = 9-5
Cat = 2.

Equation Three:
2mouse - cat = 6,
Implies 2mouse - 2 = 6,
Implies Mouse = 4.

Hence,Tiger = 5,
Cat = 2,
And mouse = 4.

Now I will substitute in the final equation.
🐅+🐈×🐁=?
5+2× 4 =?
Applying BODMAS,
I get 2×4=8,
5+8= 13.

Therefore the answer is 13.
