If a pair of shoes plus a pair of shoes plus a pair of shoes= 30,
A pair of shoes plus a man plus a man = 20,
A man plus 2 witles plus 2 witles = 13.
Then A shoe + a man × a witle = ?.

Solution:
Equation one:
3 pair of shoes = 30
Implies a pair of shoes = 30/3
A pair of shoes = 10.
If a pair of shoes = 10,
Then, a shoe = 5.

Equation two:
A pair of shoes + 2 men = 20.
10 + 2 men = 20
2men = 20 - 10
2men = 10
Man = 10/2
Implies man = 5 .

Equation three:
Man + 2 wistles + 2 wistles = 13,
5 + 4 wistles = 13,
4 wistles = 13- 5
4 wistles = 8,
Wistle = 8/4
Implies wistles = 2.

Hence, the value of A pair of shoes is 10,
Shoe = 5
Man = 5
Wistle = 2.

Final equation:
A shoe + a man × a wistle = ?
I will substitute the values of shoe, man and wistle in the final equation and solve using BODMAS.
BODMAS stands for Bracket, Order, Division, multiplication, Addition and subtraction.

So, 5 + 5 × 2 = ?
5 + 10 = ?
15 = ?.
Therefore the answer to the puzzle is 15.
