To solve this kind of questions, you need to aplap the knowledge of BODMAS. So if we apply BODMAS, the first thing to do in this case is to look for multiplication in the quiz.

Now adding the rest of the ones will give 18( you can do it by just counting).
Now 18+0=18.
So, the right answer is 18.
